Refunds & Returns Policy

Because many of our products are custom made to your specifications, return and refund eligibility depends on the product type and issue.

Custom Products

Custom signs, labels, decals, and printed materials produced from your approved proof are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or the order does not match the approved proof.

Eligible Issues

  • Manufacturing defects (material, print quality, adhesion failure under normal use)
  • Incorrect item received
  • Order does not match the approved proof
  • Shipping damage (report promptly with photos)

Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within Five (5) Business Days of delivery at sales@impactsignsonline.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Resolution Options

  • Reprint / replacement (most common)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (when appropriate, after verification)

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before proof approval and before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.

How do I order a custom product?

Select your product options, upload artwork at checkout, and submit your order. We’ll send a digital proof for approval before production.

Do you provide proofs?

Yes. Most custom items include a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

Can I change my order after approving the proof?

Contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to update it. If production has started, changes may require a new order.

Production & Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Lead times vary by product and customization. Many orders ship quickly after proof approval. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the United States. If you need expedited shipping, contact us before ordering.

Are your products compliant?

We can produce signage and labels to common safety and regulatory standards. If you have specific requirements, include details with your order notes or request a quote.
