Production operations are not open for public walk-in service. Client meetings and project consultations are available by appointment.

Proofs, production & shipping

• Custom work is reviewed and proofed before production.
• Production begins after approval of the applicable proof/specifications.
• Lead times vary by project and customization.
• Nationwide shipping is available.

Custom work & issues

Because custom products are made to approved specifications, eligibility for returns or refunds depends on the issue. Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or work that does not match an approved proof should be reported promptly with project/order information and photos when applicable.

Privacy

Information submitted through this site may include contact details, company information, project requirements and artwork. Payment information, when applicable, is processed by payment providers rather than stored as full card numbers by Impact Signs.
